  • Accurately document all work performed, including field notes and sketches
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with the Project Surveyor and CAD technician regarding project progress and schedules
  • Interact professionally with client representatives and property owners
  • Read and interpret construction drawings, specifications, and project tolerances
  • Prepare detailed daily reports, time sheets, and required project documentation
  • Maintain the survey vehicle and ensure all field equipment is in good working condition
  • Perform other related duties as needed

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of industry experience, prior crew chief experience
  • Competent operating total stations, GNSS receivers, data collectors, and tablet PCs
  • Experience with Trimble equipment is preferred
  • Strong communication skills (listening, writing and verbal)
  • Proven work history, strong work ethic, and team-player attitude
  • Ability to travel for extended periods of time

  • Ability to walk long distances through a variety of terrains and carry up to 80lbs
  • Must have a valid driver's license
