This dynamic assignment will provide administrative support to three Directors and associated International Business Development staff. The administrative assistant must be a self-starter who is able to effectively communicate with all levels of management, possess strong organizational and follow-up skills and have in-depth knowledge of Word, Excel, PowerPoint and SharePoint. Responsibilities include coordination of domestic and international travel, completion of complex expense reports, attending staff meetings to document and track action items, heavy calendar management (conflict-free is key), setting up customer meetings. Requires ability to work in a team environment, ability to multi-task, excellent interpersonal skills to work with all levels of admins and various personnel.

Basic Qualifications
Must have current administrative assistant experience and recent experience supporting senior level management. Familiarity with RMS policies and procedures. Knowledge of Concur travel reservation and expense system a must. Working knowledge of Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, Excel and SharePoint. Strong team interaction and able to work independently.

Desired skills
Familiarity with foreign national visits. Basic knowledge of registering visitors.in VisitLM. Knowledge of completing expense reports with various currencies. Experience interfacing with various levels of Lockheed Martin management.
