The Frequency Converter Maintenance Technician supports the HAWK and Patriot Logistics Sustainment Services (HPLSS) Program. Participates in frequency convertor improvement and repair on RSADF systems. Provides technical and engineering advice to the (Directorate/Section) manager. Participates in preventive maintenance operations in all maintenance levels. Performs troubleshooting, fault isolation and field maintenance repair for all frequency convertors for all RSADF systems. Functionally tests frequency convertors after making repairs to assure compliance with design specifications and standards. Participates in the opening and closing of work orders and in on-the-job training (OJT). Implements approved engineering changes. Enforces approved RSADF safety policies, procedures, and standards. Performs job related duties as specified by the user unit. This position is located in Jeddah, Saudi Arabia
Requires a current SECRET Clearance
Must be able to obtain a Saudi Arabia work Visa
Graduate of a technical school in electronics or manufacturer's course of instruction on frequency convertors, or equivalent on-the-job training (OJT).
Must have a minimum of five (5) years experience in troubleshooting and repair of frequency convertors.
Must be proficient in troubleshooting, fault isolation and repair of various types of frequency convertors. Skill in the use of engineering drawings, schematic diagrams, general purpose commercial test equipment and common tools is required.
Proficiency in the English language, spoken and written.
Knowledge of the Patriot Missile System

Required Education (including Major):
Bachelor’s Degree in Electronics or Power Generation with 4 years of related experience, or Associates Degree with 8 years of experience or HS Diploma/GED with 12 years of related experience.
