Job Duties and Responsibilities
? Report to the ManTech International Programs Director in every aspect of managing current efforts, planning new efforts, and performing System assessments.
? Oversea Cyber Security Project Manager and manage diverse portfolio of programs related to Cyber security operations and training
? Coordinate program execution in an international context.
? Serve as Program Manager supporting all areas of contract execution and personnel management across various programs in the region.
? Work closely with Cyber Project Managers and team personnel and customers to source and hire qualified Cyber security and training professionals.
? Develop and manage program schedules, tasking, and reporting.
? Develop and manage program level Integrated Master Schedules (IMS).
? Manage program activities in MS Project and other tracking tools (i.e. Microsoft Excel or SharePoint).
? Identify project risk areas and present recommendations for mitigation to upper management.
? Analyze and manage program metrics in accordance with customer guidelines.
? Prepare periodic status reports.
? Analyze project status data and recommend corrective actions.
? Approve time-sheets, assist with completing employee evaluations, interview staff, and assist with personnel management.
? Build and maintain influential relationships with key government and contractor personnel.
? Support corporate functions (time reporting, policies, etc.).
? Support and promote growth of new opportunities to include proposal support, as required.
? 10 years management experience including personnel and program engagement
? 3 years? experience with managing Cyber security operations and training
? Demonstrated knowledge of System Development Life-cycle phases and deliverables
? Experience managing information technology projects from inception to completion
? Experience managing training projects from inception to completion
? Experience planning, scheduling, and updating program activities in MS Project
? Experience identifying and performing risk analysis
? Experience establishing / maintaining templates, processes, and procedures
? Ability to work with minimal supervision
? Experience working and traveling throughout the Middle East, including Saudi ARABIA, Afghanistan, Iraq and Northern Africa

? Experience working with the Royal Saudi Air Force in KSA
