Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, career and customer oriented Help Desk Associate to join our team in the Falls Church, VA. area to provide unparalleled support for the Executive Office for Immigration Review (EOIR) and to begin an exciting and rewarding career within ManTech.

Position Requirements:
You will be responsible for providing Tier 1 level support to end users on any issues or questions pertaining to but not limited to:

? Windows 7\\XP
? Office 2010
? printers\\scanners
? laptops, desktops
? other customer specific applications

Education Requirements:
Requires High School diploma or equivalent, and two to five years of related experience in computer hardware, software, networking systems, and in the set-up, configuration, use, and trouble shooting of computer systems.

Security Requirements:

Ability to obtain DOJ Public Trust Clearance.
