ZENETEX specializes in management and technology Support services for a variety of federal agencies and commercial organizations. We have an opportunity for an Electronics Technician II to Support our SPAWAR Systems Center Depot in San Diego, CA. Qualified candidates will have a background in internal communications (STC-2), WSC-3, HF, HFRG, SATCOM antennas, Navy Multiband Terminal (NMT), Fleet Broadcast (AN/SSR-1) and TACAN.

Primary Duties and Responsibilities
Applies basic and some advanced technical knowledge to solve routine problems by interpreting manufacturers' manuals or similar documents.
Applies a high level of understanding of the interrelationships of circuits in order to complete required tasks
Uses appropriate tools and testing instruments to complete tasks that are compliant with accepted practices
Works under immediate supervision of higher-level technicians

Education and Experience Requirements

Education Requirements
High school diploma (or equivalent) and 2 years of industry trade/civilian college with an electronics focus is required; completion of an appropriate military ?A" school along with completion of at least one appropriate military ?B" or "C" school may be substituted for the 2 year requirement
Experience Requirements
5 years of recent C4ISR or other relevant experience in troubleshooting, maintenance, repair, installation and deinstallation of electronic systems, equipment, components, antennas, cables, cableways, waveguides and ducts, while using logic analyzers and digital oscilloscopes.

Security Clearance
This position will require U.S. citizenship and an active DoD Secret clearance.
