Job Description

This role will be responsible for working across Raytheon, Space and Airborne Systems, and Space Systems to bring together capabilities across domains (cyber, sea, land, air, and space) technologies and functions to support the strategic growth of the Raytheon Space business.The position will develop, lead, and implement a cohesive space campaign across Space Protection, Missile Warning/Missile Defense, Communications, and ISR, integrating activities across all of Raytheon Space business to help generate growth in excess of $1B.The position will also engage with senior government leaders and Raytheon leadership.

Collaborates with external space Industry experts to understand the constantly changing needs of our customers

Defines and implements the Raytheon Space technical and product strategy to meet customer needs

Work across Raytheon businesses with space Industry experts to collaboratively define and implement solutions that will meet the evolving needs of customers


Required Skills

Minimum 14 years of related working experience

Program Management, Program Capture, including a deep understanding of all related technologies across all aspects of the space domain

Strong background and knowledge in space Industry and in depth understanding of different missions

Must have an active Top Secret/SCI with current SSBI and contingent on being able to secure special access.

Must obtain conditional Program Management Certification

Current CI Poly

U.S. Citizenship is required

Bachelor?s degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Physics

Advanced degree in Engineering, Aerospace, or Physics


U.S. Citizenship status is required as this position needs an active U.S. Security Clearance as of day one of employment.

This position requires a U.S. person or the ability to obtain an Export Authorization from the appropriate government agency for non-U.S. persons.
