For storied brands DieHard and Kenmore the Channel Marketing Manager is responsible for the strategic planning, management, delivery, and measurement of channel Marketing initiatives with the goal of growing revenue through our partnership with Amazon. You will be managing the development, execution, and performance of all concepts, programs, and material designed to increase the presence, visibility, and sales of Kenmore and DieHard brands through our online retail partner.
Best candidates need two or more years of channel Marketing experience preferably with online retailers such as Amazon, Apple, etc...
The Channel Marketing
Manager is responsible for supporting and executing commercialization plans and Marketing
programs for assigned channel/accounts (in support of Kenmore and DieHard brands.) The Channel Marketing
Manager partners with sales and accounts (and any other necessary function) to ensure customers fully understand product features / benefits to maximize the selling process; develop Marketing
and promotional programs that will promote sales and profitability while emphasizing brand equity. In addition, this role will be assigned strategic projects consistent with driving a streamlined and process focused business.
? Leads cross-functional teams in the development and execution of Marketing
/channel plan strategies including customer focused Marketing
materials, strategic selling support and promotions
? Develops merchandising concepts and communication vehicles for online retailers to create a robust online sales environment necessary to driving successful sales conversions. This includes communicating feature/benefit, competitive advantages, claims, and innovation in an end customer-friendly manner
? Creates effective Marketing
and product programs for assigned accounts. This includes annual promotional calendar development, execution, and post-promotional analysis as well as managing back end programs and budgets in a fiscally responsible manner
? Tracks post-promotional results of Marketing
programs to determine success level and implements solutions-based feedback to improve future programs
? Works closely with product management and sales teams to develop launch and commercialization plans for new product introductions
? Leverages brand Marketing
assets across the channel to drive incremental profitable revenue
? Utilizes data and shopper insights, where provided, to provide recommendations to drive category optimization and market share improvements
? Communicates annual plans and performance objectives internally and externally (as appropriate)
