Acquisition / Budget Management Analyst (Job Number:435635)


Job Description:

Support development of documentation for the Planning, Programming, Budgeting and Execution System (PPBES) and Budget reviews. Sources for these tasking include the Program Office, PEM, Air Staff, and OSD. Contractor shall assist the Program Office and the PEMs in assessing impacts, developing alternatives, and implementing results for Congressional, OSD, and Air Force program decision. Perform acquisition planning ? evaluate and support development of program solicitation documentation, such as acquisition strategy, systems engineering plan, IMP, IMS, and CDRLs for adherence to policy/guidance; consistency in implementation of its acquisition strategy, technical approach/requirements/technical reports, acquisition policy/guidance, milestones, forecasts, and risk assessment.

Recommend program acquisition strategies; perform market research; collect, analyze, store, and distribute acquisition ?lessons learned?. And other acquisition support related activities to include but not limited to: SMC/LE Strategic Communication Support, Assist Government Program Monitoring, assess Government Program Management Plan Compliance, Assess Government Program Plan Performance, Assist Government Acquisition Knowledge Management.

Candidates must have an active DoD secret clearance to be considered.


Bachelors (Education)

BASIC Education and Experience:

Bachelors degree from accredited institution plus nine (9) or more years of experience.
