For storied brands Kenmore, Craftsman and DieHard the entry level Marketing Coordinator serves as the controller for Marketing internal projects. The Coordinator works with the KCD Marketing team to develop Marketing strategies based on plan and goals, works with internal and external stakeholders to help drive design Marketing components, participates in the proposal of Marketing plans and development, and with the coordination of the overall workload and operation.

This role will be required to collaborate with Kenmore/Craftsman/DieHard Marketing team, as well as, business partners to develop strategy and execute campaigns in response to emerging market conditions. The Marketing coordinator will partner with internal and external team (and any other necessary function) to ensure customers fully understand product features and benefits to maximize the selling process; develop Marketing and promotional programs that will promote sales and profitability while emphasizing brand equity. In addition, this role will be assigned strategic projects consistent with driving a streamlined and process focused business.

? Assist in creation and execution of short and long term integrated Marketing activations and campaigns utilizing a mix of traditional and digital channels.
Communicate with internal and external partners to analyze results to drive higher customer retention and brand engagement.
? Aid in creation and management of project schedules.
? Allocates and manages resources.
? Coordinates cross-functional teams to identify, manage, and resolve issues.
? Update Marketing calendars.
? Ensure cohesive brand messaging and communication to see constant growth amongst all three brands.
