Customer Experience Consultant (Sales)

Customer Experience Consultants play a unique role within CarMax stores. With more and more customers completing most of their shopping and car-buying prep work online, we are looking for Associates who want to play a crucial role as a liaison between a customer’s at-home and in-store CarMax experiences. As a key member of our in-store sales team, Customer Experience Consultants combine the same selling skills as our Sales Consultants on the floor with their virtual communication skills to create a simple and seamless process for our customers on the phone and web.
