SoBran Inc. is currently seeking Floor Leaders (proposed effort) to serve at a controlled access facility in the Washington D.C. metro area.

OVERVIEW: This is a proposed effort in the Washington, DC area. The responsibilities of this position are that of a Floor Leader.


Position overview: The primary function of the Floor Leader is to act as a first-line or assistant supervisor for mail screeners during screening operations and perform other duties to meet the requirements of screening operations.

Primary duties may include the following:

?Supervise first-line operations
?Compile daily reports
?Recognize visual indicators of potential chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive hazards
?Collect biological samples for analysis
?Mitigate contamination in a negatively pressured environment
?Operate and perform routine maintenance on explosive trace detector machines
?Operate a digital custody tracking system
?Prepare photo-document and digital file documents
?All other duties as assigned by program and project management.


? High school graduate or equivalent
?One or more years? experience supervising a chemical, biological, radiological, and explosive screening team; or two years? experience as a senior mail screener in a large operation
?Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
?Must be able to obtain and maintain a Secret Level Security Clearance (US Citizenship required), and pass an agency background investigation. Candidates with a current clearance are preferred.
