Derco Aerospace, Inc., an industry-leading aerospace distributor of spares, components, and services, is seeking an experienced and self-motivated Material Planner who is looking for A challenging work environment. The position may occasionally involve some domestic travel and will require relocation to Milwaukee, Wisconsin.

Specific responsibilities include planning for current and future workloads, researching sources and pricing, negotiating pricing with suppliers, expediting as Needed, developing recovery plans for any delays, and maintaining positive working relationships with suppliers.

Basic Qualifications
3-5 years of supply chain, logistics or account management work experience in aerospace, military, defense or transportation is required.

Education Requirements: High School diploma or equivalent required.

Desired skills
A college degree or progress toward A college degree is preferred. Experience with planning, product sourcing and research, negotiation of prices and terms of delivery with suppliers, solicitation of quotes, creating and entering Purchase orders, maintaining inventory levels, new supplier identification, expediting and supplier relations is preferred.
