Position Description

CarMax Auto Finance is seeking an Administrative Assistant to join our Recruiting Team located in Kennesaw, GA. The Administrative Assistant, Recruiting for CarMax Auto Finance plays an important part on the Recruiting Team and is responsible for administrative tasks that include but are not limited to Calendar Planning and On-Site Interview Task Coordination, Travel and Expense Processing, External Hourly Interview Scheduling and Candidate Customer Service.

? Provide administrative support to the Recruiting Team
? Organize external candidate onsite interview schedules for recruiters and interview teams
? Organize onsite interview materials and activities for external candidates and interview teams
? Administer paperwork and testing for on-site interview candidates
? Maintain Recruiting Data Tracking and Monthly Recruiting Updates
? Input candidate updates on our Applicant Tracking System
? Partner with the Training Department on New Hire Class Updates and facilitate data processing required for New Hire Associates
? Coordinate Hourly Block Interview Schedules and maintain updates on certified interviewers
? Maintain Recruiting files including but not limited to Interview Guides, Interview Summary Sheets and Monthly/Quarterly Reporting
? Maintain positive customer service with all candidates, internal partners and external resources
? Responsible for Recruiting Month End, Quarterly and Ad Hoc reporting.
? Coordinate candidate travel and process expense reports

Position Requirements

? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Knowledge of recruitment and legal aspects of the hiring process
? Ability to maintain confidential information
? Strong planning and organizational abilities
? Ability to work with deadlines under minimal supervision
? Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced environment
? Strong internal and external customer service skills
? Previous experience in an administrative role
? Excellent teamwork skills

? 2-3 years of work experience
? Strong computer skills with experience in MS Word, MS Excel and MS PowerPoint
? MS Outlook Calendar Planning skills
? HR or Administrative Professional Certification preferred
