Senior Security Manager with direct oversight of Bay Area Special Programs(SP)/Mission Solutions(MS) Programs as well as SCI program/customer interests throughout all west cost campuses.

Ensures strategic and consistent approaches for programs, execution, actions and talent management.
Provide oversight, monitor, trending and improvements to Bay Area SP/MS metrics and ensure consistency in process, procedures and policies among all Bay Area SP/MS programs as well as those throughout the Organization.
Coordinate information and de-conflict activities for all local programs with government security, plant protection and external management; maintain cooperative working relationships with said entities.
Provide One-Up, LM approaches Customer discussions to conflict/issues, ensure balanced allocation of resources, oversight for policy enforcement, finance, internal audit, closure and resolution of due items and assures program protection fits the entire SP/SSC picture.
Provide One-Up analysis, monitor, recommendations and resolutions for Program Management Reviews, requests for unique or high risk concepts, all requests for Waivers and Exceptions and all requests that will have a significant impact to cost, schedule, or mission operations.
Influence SP Customer to provide consistency with planning and execution of growing RSV programs; work toward cross-tower/cross-program consistency.
Lead Bay Area LM Program coordination and readiness for Customer ISAP inspections and Risk Assessments.
Ensure new business opportunities have security integration at the exploration and development stage.
Delegate during Director absence, SP/MS Security Bay Area liaison during crisis management, provide oversight to LM21 needs/events, and MSC CAM.
Coordinate with security managers and finance team in the development of Basis of Estimates (BOE) to secure funding in support of program requirements; track BOE to manage within budget.
Demonstrate a commitment to personal excellence, ethical behavior and integrity.
Requires direct supervision and management of programs and personnel.

**This position requires an active Top Secret / SCI with the ability to obtain a Polygraph.

Basic Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Current working relation with the intelligence community.
Must demonstrate a thorough understanding and expertise in the knowledge and application of operational security requirements as outlined in the DCID, ICD and NISPOM security regulations.
Experience as author and Contractor Program Security Officer for proposals, including security RFP response, development of Life Cycle Security and Program Protection plans, and submittal of proposal documentation to classified Customers.
Demonstrate successful project management experience while establishing priorities and making sound and timely decisions in a fast paced environment.
Proven and demonstrated ability to resolve conflict and provide discretion in delicate situations.
Demonstrated Customer Relations and team builder.
Proven and demonstrated leadership experience with the intelligence Customers.
Streamlined work processes, program protection, Basis Of Estimate development and Subcontract Security management.
Business travel required.
Demonstrated full spectrum leadership: ability to shape the future, energize the team, deliver results, build effective relationships and be accountable with high integrity and ethics.

Desired skills
Multi-functional security experience, including technical, physical, personnel and program security disciplines.
Participation in internal or external working groups to influence innovation and change within security leadership and operations.
Leadership with 'one company' initiatives, common processes and LM21/Structured Improvement Activities and like events.
Demonstrated Customer Relations and team builder.
Green Belt certification.
