Support daily Final Assembly activities/tasks related to Continuous Improvement, Quality and ESH. Serve as liaison for Production by leading the coordination for the internal/external audits to include: coordination of meetings, information gathering, development of briefings and project management to drive closure to CAR/iCAR findings. Prepare communications for production in relation to audit findings to include OJT materials when needed and the creation and retention of read & signs. Work with Production to develop weekly training schedules to facilitate the completion of training with reduced schedule impact. Lead special projects for Final Assembly driving prioritization such as HPU and span reduction opportunities. Coordinate and create ProdOps safety/compliance briefings for the floor. Assist with PMT showcase events. Serve as Liaison for Rate transition leading, coordinating and reviewing rate readiness activities to include needed training, headcount, line balancing activities with the Transition Team and OE. Provides status and work multiple tasks and projects. Extension of OE for CI to improve flow within Production Areas. Works to improve efficiencies within the line and designs processes to enable Final Assembly reach their targets. Additional responsibilities may include development of process improvements, quality improvements non CA related. Evaluate/review daily operations as they relate to Operations Management. Perform operational observations related to information flow, identify communication gaps, opportunities for improvement, on day to day operations.
