Possess the ability to expertly identify and research shortcomings and troubleshoot faulty data sets from sensors after collection. This includes metadata compliance, sensor GSD/NllRS verification and photometric principles.

Develop and instruct basic to advanced GEOINT analysis, theories, and collection methodologies for classroom instruction and self-taught practical exercises.

Exploit and manipulate geospatial and Intelligence, Surveillance & Reconnaissance {ISR) data in appropriate formats in support of specific intelligence analysis and reporting Standard Operating Procedures.

Provide expert sensor integration recommendations to sensor engineers and aircraft operators on prime sensor capabilities to assist in the development of the sensor capabilities and sustainment.

Have an understanding of IMINT phenomenology and the processing and exploitation of electro-optical and SAR imaging.

Provide expertise and advice to management regarding the development of GEOINT sensors, associated software, and architecture.

Provide expertise and advice to management regarding current NGA/NCG classification, retention and dissemination policies and procedures.

Provide expertise and advice to management regarding identification and development of IC GEOINT and MASINT collection requirements.

Develop and apply geospatial intelligence analysis tactics, techniques and procedures in support of current operations and training.

Enhance existing GEOINT/ISR TCPED architectures by applying recent commercial and government technology experience & knowledge.

Acquire stores, analyze, maintain and display geospatial information and ISR data in formats including complex graphics, textural reports and briefings. Extract geospatial information, derivative information and Multi-INT data from selected sources for analysis and visualization and apply advanced geospatial analytical methods to solve problems and enhance knowledge for intelligence issues.

Produce various geospatial datasets and visualizations of geospatial information and ISR data to satisfy internal requirements.

Provide GEOINT/ISR subject matter expertise & support for internal and external meetings as required. Provide efficient and timely responses to the customer or their representative.

Attend meetings, Quarterly Program Reviews, etc

Provide assistance for systems integration of individual units and or software systems into individual equipment and or into full systems ground and or air.

Basic Qualifications
12 years of experience in remote sensing and intelligence technologies such as Geospatial Intelligence (GEOINT), Imagery Intelligence (IMINT), and/or Measurement and Signatures Intelligence (MASINT) ground and/or air sensor capabilities
10 years of field experience at a Major Command (MACOM)
1 ? 2 years conducting/supporting OCONUS Operations within a deployment or hazardous duty zone; supporting GEOINT, IMINT, & MASINT ground and/or air sensor operations

Must have Final Top Secret security clearance eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)

Desired skills
5-10 years of experience in the Intelligence or Special Operations Community.
