The Manager II Engineer Logistics positions will perform the role of the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) User Support Coordinator. ALCS is a Logistics Management Information application utilized by multiple programs supported by Raytheon in support of logistics associated with asset and maintenance management activities. The ALCS User Support Coordinator will be responsible for providing oversight to the various ALCS Program Coordinators and supporting ALCS subject matter experts supporting all of our ALCS customers. The ALCS User Support Coordinator will be required to coordinate and prioritize user reported issues and special data needs for ongoing data analysis studies. Individual is required to chair a weekly Triage meeting to prioritize and coordinate staff assignments associated with ALCS customer requests for assistance and reported issues. Analytic skills are neceaary to determine the escalation of issues to tier two and tier three levels of support. Candidate will lead daily scrum sessions with the technical team and be aware of the workload and priorities with ALCS developers with coordination with the Senior Principle Software Engineer. Successful candidate must be capable of working under consultative directions toward long-range customer support goals and objectives where assignments are self-initiated. Individual will work in conjunction with management staff to ensure scheduling of work assignments are consistent within the tasking and financial plans of each of the Raytheon Programs that are supported by ALCS.
8+ years experience, providing logistics supply and maintenance customer support related to military related activities.
This position requires experience with Microsoft Team Foundation Server and Agile software development methods.
Successful candidate must have a working knowledge of the Automated Logistics Control System (ALCS) and how it supports Field and Depot operations for both supply and maintenance management.
Successful candidate must have working knowledge of the Microsoft Office Suite, including Excel, Word, Project and PowerPoint
The candidate must possess sufficient professional competence to operate independently, within a broad scope of authority, and with minimal supervision.
Energetic professional, who can coordinate and interface effectively at all levels of the organization, across a multi-contractor and government workforce. This individual will be a strong team player with excellent interpersonal skills, including written and verbal communications skills. The individual will have the ability to research complex customer problems and provide technical, process and/or training solutions. The ability to isolate problems and initiate solutions in a timely manner is expected. Generating deliverable documents, planning activities including developing and performing presentations to the customer is also required. Experience managing in a depot or production environment is a plus.

Requires Bachelor's degree and 8 years of prior relevant experience.
