DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
Clean and maintain in an orderly condition the designated areas.
Sweeps, mops, scrubs and polishing floors.
Removes trash and other refuse.
Dusts equipment, furniture and fixtures; polishes metal fixtures and trimmings; and clean restrooms and showers.
Maintains inventory of supplies and other maintenance services as assigned.
Performs all other position related duties as assigned.
Work Environment, Physical Demands, and Mental Demands:
Works inside and outside in various weather conditions to include extreme cold and heat.
Work around non-hazardous materials/waste lifting, stooping, crawling, bending, and carrying.
Heavy lifting up to 50 pounds on a daily basis.
Constant use of speech/hearing abilities for communication, constant mental alertness, must possess planning/organizing skills.

A minimum of a High School diploma or general education degree (GED) coupled with 1
year related experience.
Currently holds or ability to successfully obtain and maintain a secret clearance.
Valid Virginia State Driver?s License
