Join the AMA team as Marketing Campaign Manager in the Health Solutions Group (HSG). As part of the team, you will execute integrated marketing campaigns to support achievement of sales goals. You will deploy marketing campaigns according to timelines determined in collaboration with the rest of the marketing team (Director and Marketing Managers). Additionally, you will track and analyze the effectiveness of marketing campaigns, calculate ROI and model marketing responsiveness to provide recommendations for optimizing marketing tactics used and relative results observed. You will be expected to understand, interpret and report on data for marketing programs, products and segments. You will support implementation of integrated marketing efforts and data-driven campaigns.

Other Responsibilities will include:

? Campaign deployment:
Supports Director and Marketing Managers to ensure successful execution of data-driven promotional campaigns, including incorporating segmentation and predictive models into targeted marketing campaigns.

Establish and maintain scalable processes that ensure best practices in campaign build, targeting, list selection/pull via SQL, as well as QA. Ensure data lists are pulled accurately while campaigns are completed on schedule and project status documented accordingly.

Email marketing deployment: coordinate email campaigns across marketing, product and sales team. Coordinates with corporate AMA email team to ensure optimal mail dates for deployment via Selligent. Provides reports on effectiveness of campaigns and offers suggestions for improvements.

Participate in brainstorming and campaign review meetings, actively providing useful insights to enhance campaign effectiveness.

Meet deployment dates for integrated marketing efforts as defined in collaboration with PE and marketing management, and support the marketing team in the execution of campaigns by pulling lists, utilizing SQL.

? Reporting/Analytics:
Obtain, summarize and maintain campaign results/metrics to report to team, as well as list acquisition, and lists management with internal teams and external vendors. Analyze campaign effectiveness by tracking overall product sales, promotional code utilization and campaign expenses to compute an ROI and manage promotional budgets in relation to revenue goals.

Utilizes tools such as Google Analytic, Google AdWords, and Hubspot to gather data and distill it into easy-to-understand reports.

From primary and secondary data analysis, research and identify consumer insights for each product line and maintain an understanding of market trends. Collaborate with Director to identify customer segments with the greatest potential for brand and loyalty revenue growth. Provide the marketing and sales team with insights to fully maximize customer onboarding, lead gen, cross-sell, up-sell, cross-brand and retention opportunities.

Collaborate with key teams (marketing, IT, GA analytics, product and sales) to obtain and clean the correct data to analyze omni-channel integrated direct marketing campaigns that increase customer engagement, incremental sales, and profitability. Supports Director in digital transformation efforts by executing and measuring integration plans for offline and online campaign management.

? Website maintenance, optimization, testing and ongoing updates:
Update AMA Store pages. Optimize website and social media channels for SEO as well as usability. Monitor and analyze key web site, social and email metrics to improve traffic and conversions.

Supports creation of new content pages, special offer pages on the AMA|Store, and other digital properties (such as Hubspot landing pages, Google Ads, and social media posts) based on input from the Director. Posts content into ecommerce platform (ATG BCC) and Hubspot.

Provides suggestions and feedback to marketing team to test and enhance digital content to increase conversions.

Develop, evaluate and oversee the implementation of A/B testing plan, protocols and procedures. Update/create online web forms.

REQUIREMENTS:

? Bachelor?s degree required with a major in Data Science, Computer Science or Mathematics. Master?s degree a plus.
? 3 years work experience in marketing, advertising or related field required. Experience in the field of medical publishing preferred. Proven ability to demonstrate experience driving measurable, highly profitable results through integrated and digital marketing campaign execution.
? An Excel wizard with exceptional skills in cleaning, organizing and analyzing data (dynamic charts, pivot tables, complex formulas, macros, look ups/text functions, VBA, etc.) with proven experience with Google Analytics, HTML, CSS, Sprinklr, e-commerce platforms, Hubspot, Salesforce Marketing Cloud and marketing campaign management tools required.
? Strong knowledge of SQL. Statistical analysis with modeling experience strongly preferred.
? Excellent background with analyzing and tracking social media, website/email metrics best practices. Demonstrable experience with email marketing, lead generation and other conversions enhancing digital tactics such as SEO, PPC, display ads, programmatic, re-targeting and others.
? Proven ability to organize and prioritize while managing multiple projects simultaneously. Ability to track and manage a large number of details and drive progress to a timeline. Excellent project management skills.
? Creative problem-solving and decision making. Ability to define opportunities and problems, collect and analyze data, and make valid conclusions.
? Effective verbal and written business communications skills. Ability to concisely and visually communicate key insights.
? A self-starter and team player with exceptional attention to details.
? Overall passion and knowledge of analytics and digital marketing innovation.
