Sacramento IT Support: Day-to-day responsibilities include interfacing between the Raytheon Sacramento (RS) management team and RMS IT teams with a focus primarily on customer issues and/or concerns. Responsible for interfacing with DXC, IBM, and Ricoh support teams for IT activities at Raytheon Sacramento. Responsible for communicating network environment issues to IT management. Responsibilities also include gathering customer requirements, presenting IT solutions to the site customer, and working with RMS IT Site Services and Service Owners to ensure successful completion of IT related projects. The individual will work closely with Raytheon Facilities, IT Engineering Solutions, Engineering, GSS, sourcing suppliers, and contractors. Other areas of responsibility include coordination of regular internal and external communication between RMS IT and customer/user organizations. The individual will serve as contact for management of the life cycle of all IT related assets (e.g. hardware, software, peripheral equipment, telephony, and associated maintenance contracts) at the site.
Must be able to obtain a final Department of Defense (DoD) SECRET security clearance
U.S. citizenship required for purposes of ITAR access and obtaining clearances.
Additional clearances may also be required from the DoD
