Are you a document management

whiz? Do you love working in a fast-paced and varied role? KBR are looking for

a

Document Management Professional

to support our growing Adelaide office.

Day to day you can expect

to be:

Checking/validation/verification

of all documentation, including correct numbering, revisions, status, format,

title and legibility

Maintenance

of electronic and original hard copy files and document registers

Ensure

timely processing and return of documentation

Processing

and recording incoming and outgoing vendor data and engineering design drawings

Maintaining

an accurate and up-to-date internal Document Management system

Responsible

for the record document flow to and from all necessary parties

Issue

and track location of all documents and drawings

Issue

transmittal letters and receipts and coordinate storage of project

documentation

Maintain

records of non-deliverable project data

Performing

Document Management activities to ensure all Project requirements

are met

Ensure

the project managers and project teams

are

supported

in their Document Management/Project Administration needs

Complete

weekly reports for the project managers and assist with progress reports

Liaise

with internal and external sub-consultants

Train

the project teams on Document Management systems and

project-specific

systems and procedures

Contribute

towards the delivery of projects to the agreed outcomes, industry and quality

standards

We are

looking for someone with a tenacious and hardworking attitude who can pick up

new things quickly. Ideally, you will have:

Minimum

of 5 years? experience in a Document Management position

Specific

experience in Document Management software including Team binder, Aconex

and

Documentum would be an advantage.

Proven

history contributing to a team effort in project environments

Knowledge

of current Document Management standards Experience with SAP would be

advantageous, but not essential
