Bloomfield is a small town with a rich history ? and we?ve been proud to call Bloomfield home to one of our litter factories since 1995. This factory was the first to produce Lightweight® litter, which has revolutionized the category within the pet care industry ? a product that weighs half the amount of conventional litter. Unique to this factory is an overhead bridge that allows full pallets of finished products to be conveyed to the distribution center just north of the factory. This innovation, in conjunction with various others, played a considerable role in Nestlé Purina earning the Malcolm Baldrige Award.

The Production Data Coordinator is a vital role in the success of our factory.  In this role, you will work you will work closely with all levels of employees within the factory to support the collection, entry, accuracy, and reporting of manufacturing and inventory management functions. This position directly impacts costing, materials requirements planning, and GI performance reporting. This role works extensively within SAP and Microsoft Excel. The role is regularly scheduled for third Shift (11 p.m. to 7 a.m.) on a 4-week rotating schedule. 

PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Validate production data, ensuring accuracy between systems and within process orders (approximately 20 orders per day).
  • Perform inventory management functions.
  • Analyze production and inventory data in order to drive continuous improvement to processes and variances.
  • Perform regular system health checks.
  • Perform accuracy checks of master data and requesting updates as needed.
  • Assisting with external audits and internal audit preparation.
Performing all other duties as assigned. 
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS:

Education: High School Diploma or GED

Experience: 1+ year of experience in accounting, logistics, inventory, or production data management
