Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services is seeking a Chief Engineer in support of the Systems Simulation and Software Integration (S3I) Directorate THAAD PDSS Product Office.


Serve as the Chief Engineer for the Terminal High Altitude Area Defense (THAAD) Post Deployment Software Support (PDSS) program. Develop and maintain the THAAD PDSS system, software, and lab architectures. Provide technical and programmatic recommendations to the Project Lead. Direct and oversee the activities of multi-disciplinary engineering teams (systems engineering, software engineering, integration, test, and deployment). Participate in design reviews, code inspections, and Configuration Control Boards (CCBs). Develop and refine program plans. Coordinate with customer stakeholders and external organizations. Support the materiel release of THAAD PDSS products. Prepare and present technical and programmatic data to AMRDEC, THAAD Project Office, and external stakeholder senior leadership.

Required Education and Experience:

? Bachelor?s Degree in relevant engineering field
? Active Secret Security Clearance or ability to obtain an interim clearance
? 10+ years of experience in the following areas:
-Analyzing and developing system and software architectures
-Troubleshooting and resolving system and software issues
-Managing the activities of large engineering teams
-Creating and maintaining schedules
-Developing and presenting planning, schedule, status, and technical information to senior leadership
