Provides operations and planning support to the USEUCOM J2X Operations Support Branch. Support includes but is not limited to the following activities:
Providing CI, HUMINT, and exploitation input into the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) in order to measure and assess organizational readiness and proficiency in planning and executing theater CI, HUMINT, and exploitation operations and other related tasks.
Providing input into the Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS) in order to identify and program for CI, HUMINT, and exploitation required training objectives and associated proficiency standards.
Supporting USEUCOM efforts to establish and maintain the USEUCOM Theater CI, HUMINT, and exploitation COP.
Using Microsoft (MS) SharePoint and Google Earth tools to manage component inputs, branch and division-level operational requirements and inquiries related to CI, HUMINT, and exploitation operational views and compatibility with the USEUCOM HQ User Defined Operational Picture (UDOP).
Supporting the USEUCOM J2X RFI process by coordinating with USEUCOM components, JAC, and DIA to ensure RFIs are tracked and completed within the assigned suspense.
Coordinating with HQ USEUCOM, components, military services, national agencies, and SHAPE/NATO entities to schedule and de-conflict events, conferences, and meetings.
Master's Degree in a related technical or military discipline, or the equivalent combination of education, professional training, or work/military experience.
With a Master's Degree, minimum of 10 years of related experience.
With a Bachelor's Degree, minimum of 18 years of related experience.
With an Associate's Degree, minimum of 20 years of related experience.
With a High School diploma or equivalent, minimum of 22 years of related experience.
Expert knowledge of the principles, methods, processes, and applicable regulations involved in counterintelligence operations.
Successful completion of a US Government counterintelligence credentialing course.
Current TS/SCI clearance with the ability to take a counterintelligence polygraph is required.
Expert knowledge of counterintelligence and human intelligence operations in a NATO or multinational environment.
Familiarity with the Defense Readiness Reporting System (DRRS) and the Joint Training and Information Management System (JTIMS).
Experience working at a 2X level to de-conflict CI/HUMINT operations in an area of operations.
