Function as the Lead for a team of Classified Cybersecurity Professionals in support of Lockheed Martin Rotary and Mission Systems (RMS) in King of Prussia, PA. Must have subject matter expert level knowledge of the US Government system accreditation process under Risk Management Framework (RMF). This may include one or more of the following guidance directives: Intelligence Community Directive 503 (ICD-503), Committee on National Security Systems Instruction (CNSSI) 1253, Defense Security Service Assessment and Authorization Process Manual (DAAPM), National Industrial Security Program Operating Manual (NISPOM Chapter 8) and/or the Joint Special Access Program Implementation Guide (JSIG). Have knowledge of other security disciplines and how they impact and interact with Information Systems security. Must have the ability to take initiative, attention detail, make sound judgment and work in a dynamic, demanding environment.

Responsibilities include:
? Supervise the Classified Cybersecurity team in King of Prussia, PA, to include managing the day to day Cybersecurity requirements, priorities, workload and schedules to ensure mission success.
? Regular engagement with program management, engineering staff, and other security and program personnel; participate in applicable Review Boards and Technical Exchange Meetings.
? Build relationships both within the security organization, corporation and externally with our government customers and industry partners.
? Develop/oversee the development, implementation, and maintenance of system security plans under Risk Management Framework, maintaining authorizations, and performing technical certification for accredited systems, as well as implementing an Information Systems (IS) security education program; directing self-assessments/audits to measure effectiveness.
? Ability to articulate and present intelligent, decisive and risk-managed security recommendations.
? Provide policy interpretation, ongoing guidance and direction to onsite personnel on IS Security issues.
? Provide Classified Cybersecurity portion of proposals (e.g. Basis of Estimate, etc.) and modifications to existing contracts.

Basic Qualifications
Demonstrated Full-spectrum Leadership skills necessary for leading technical personnel.
IT Systems/Information Assurance experience using the Risk Management Framework (RMF) Process
CISSP or other DoDD 8570/8140 Information Assurance Management certification or able to obtain within 6 months.
Current Top Secret/SCI clearance with SSBI within last 5 years.
Strong written and verbal communications, interpersonal relations, and analytical skills.

Desired skills
Experience in managing a SIPRNET node.
Knowledge of the Defense Information Systems Agency (DISA) Security Technical Implementation Guides (STIGs) and configuration standards.
Experience with Department of Defense (DoD) or Intelligence Programs
Experience with the Security Directives, Policies, Publications and Regulations.
Understanding of networking concepts and cybersecurity related tools to include Host Based Security System (HBSS), Assured Compliance Assessment Solution (ACAS), and Security Content Automation Protocol (SCAP)
