Provides strategic leadership in developing and implementing robust pricing strategy and pricing approval processes for the Medical Nutrition and OPTIFAST businesses. Develop annual Sales incentives plans for the Medical Nutrition and OPTIFAST businesses, implement and manage the Sales incentives plans, and calculate the payout amounts due under such plans.

Primary Responsibilities:

? Manage team responsible for supporting deal analysis, pricing, and legal approval process.
? Effectively and clearly communicate pricing strategies to Sales and Marketing leadership and teams.
? Manage the pricing approval process and provide insight and direction to the sales organization related to Pricing issues.
? Understand how pricing strategies aligned to Channel, Platform, and Customer Strategies to drive long-term value in the market.
? Develop annual Sales plans that align to business strategies and Sales goals.
? Implement and manage Sales incentives plans and calculate payouts due under such plans in a timely manner.
? Provide periodic reporting on Sales incentives and contests.
? Recruit, select, retain, and develop highly qualified professionals. Provide leadership necessary to maintain a motivated, productive and competent team through open lines of communication and delegation of responsibilities and authority.

EXPERIENCE AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS
? Must have a Bachelor?s degree in business, management, or related area of study.
? Minimum 5 years? experience in leadership role required.
? Experience in healthcare experience required, with knowledge of distributor-based business preferred.
? 5+ years? experience with analytics, data management, data systems, Excel, and Access required.
