This position is responsible for the execution, negotiation, and maintenance of customer contracts, effectively managing the linking of customers and distributors to correct contracts, leading the efforts to monitor customers? performance against their contractual commitments, and developing strategies to assist the sales team in their efforts to increase sales through compliance to contractual commitments. Key responsibilities include drafting, negotiating, tracking, and implementing customer agreements for the HealthCare Nutrition and Optifast businesses and administering a robust process for linking customers and distributors to the correct contracts, and managing the systematic process for measuring and enforcing contract compliance.
? Manage complete lifecycle of customer contractual relationships.
? Proactively manage assigned contracts and provide a high level of consistent, positive customer experiences.
? Draft contracts for accounts in a timely manner.
? Examine contract conditions and provisions to ensure compliance with policies and performance requirements, and work with other departments throughout NHSc to ensure non-standard contract terms and conditions minimize any financial or other risk to Nestlé and are executable.
? Provide clear communication of customer pricing, terms and conditions to internal departments to assure smooth and accurate implementation in Nestlé systems.
? On a monthly basis, follow-up on expiring contracts to ensure contracts are either renewed or terminated in a timely fashion.
? Conduct ongoing file maintenance, track relevant information and create appropriate documentation.
? Adhere to auditable processes and Quality Assurance (?QA?) activities.
? Maintain pricing and contract access for distributors and customers
? Develop and manage summary level metrics and reporting to help sales team and leadership team understand progress against compliance objectives.
? Train the sales organization on the business reasons and details of contract language and commitments.
? Assist the sales team in developing strategies to leverage the compliance discussion with customers into increased sales.
? Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
