Provides strategic leadership in developing robust corporate analytics that addresses the needs of Senior Leadership within the Medical Nutrition business and enables utilization of accurate and timely data to develop and execute business strategy. Responsible for developing and managing all aspects of customer and sales analytics, customer sales reporting, and sales force activities. This position works with senior business and sales leadership to continually improve and drive our analytics and reporting capabilities. Lead the shift from a team focused on data gathering to business insights and interpretation. 

Primary Responsibilities:

? Work closely with Medical Nutrition leadership to develop annual targets, business plans, building blocks, Sales targets at contract sales level, and product and platform targets.
? Work with Incentives team to translate overall company targets to Sales Incentives targets by position.
? Provide monthly corporate reporting to measure contract sales performance by channels, products, platforms, and customers.
? Provide customer and sales reporting that reflects Sales Playbook and annual strategies.
? Develop forward-looking trend analyses in support of Demand Planning and financial forecasting.
? Conduct volume, rate, mix analyses to measure performance.
? Conduct market share analysis to measure MN market share vs. competition.
? Design and implement custom ad-hoc analyses.
? Recruit, select, retain, and develop highly qualified professionals. Provide leadership necessary to maintain a motivated, productive and competent team through open lines of communication and delegation of responsibilities and authority. 

? Must have a Bachelor?s degree in analytics, finance, business, or related area of study.
? MBA strongly preferred
? Minimum 5 years? experience in data management required.
? Experience in healthcare experience required, with knowledge of distributor-based business preferred.
? 5+ years? experience with analytics, data management, data systems, Excel, and Access required.
