Performs the laying out, fabricating, assembling, installing, diagnosis, repair and modification of all types of hydraulic, pneumatic , mechanical, electromechanical and refrigeration test and associated equipment, including the functional and operational testing.

Required Skills:

Three (3) years experience in the layout, fabrication, assembly, checking, and testing of hydraulic, vacuum, pneumatic and refrigeration mechanical and electromechanical equipment. Must also possess machine shop skills such as setting up and operating conventional lathes, mills, drills, and pedestal grinders.

Must have worked from blueprints, primary design drawings, sketches, and verbal instructions.

Must have visualized and determined the most practical fabrication of the apparatus or equipment and the materials to be assembled.

Must pass qualifying test and practical test

Starting wage $27.28

Relocation assistance of up to $5,000 is available

Must be able to work 1st and 2nd or 3rd shifts.

Must be able to obtain a secret security clearance.

Required Education (including Major):
High School Diploma
