Description: Acquire NSA Operational Tradecraft & Training (OTT) Instructor Certifications on all Modes (air and ground) at a minimum - with goal of attaining Master Instructor Certifications
Conduct regular recertification courses for OTT requirements IAW USSID DA 3857 and NSA Terms of Reference (TOR); Assist in the development of a Mode 5 (LTE) course
Integrate software with existing systems in use by a military unit, conduct software testing to ensure quality assurance, maintain existing applications
Develop and prepare computer solutions for networking hardware devices and software
Test, evaluate, configure, and trouble shoot various hardware and software configurations of various collection and information devices in support of operational requirements
Evaluate emerging signals intelligence and communications technologies for rapid operational use
Accompany and assist USG personnel as technical advisers when traveling to various meetings
Provide technical support and low visibility lane development during pre-deployment training cycle and local exercises
Develop and provide a lesson plan and syllabi for classroom instruction on current/emerging technologies
Forecast, schedule, and manage mandatory and unique training requirements in support of training cycles
Assist the Government with determining appropriate training objectives and performance standards for required training events

Perform constant review and study of current customer requirements, such as classroom(s), language learning lab, and technical lab to ensure continuing preparedness, complete inventory, and programmed upgrades and improvements necessary to conduct first-quality classroom instruction
Provide monthly briefings on current cyber/telco threats and migrations
Instruct personnel on how to employ technology solutions developed/fielded both CONUS and OCONUS
Provide efficient and timely responses to leadership and Quarterly Training Board (QTB) representatives
Provide administrative, technical, training management expertise and mission support
Desired Skills: 5-10 years of experience in the Intelligence or Special Operations Community.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Communications Engineering, or Telecommunications with a concentration in analog and digital communications systems
Five or more years of hands-on work experience with three major operating systems: Linux, Windows, and Macintosh Operating System X administration
Five or more years of hands-on work experience with configuring, deploying, and maintaining computer systems
Three or more years of hands-on work experience in Information Technology, Computer Networking, or Radio Frequency Engineering fields
Experience with Project Management preferred
Three or more years of Signals Intelligence (SIGINT) background to include theory and practical application
Must be adaptable, capable of multi-tasking, task oriented, and highly organized due to the high-paced, dynamic work environment

Must have Final Top Secret security clearance eligible for access to Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI)
