Description: This position will report to the Director of Supply Chain Management ? Development and Production. The position will be responsible for all development and production subcontract program management activities including but not limited to the following scope production Center air vehicle, production non recurring (PNR), production repairs, Teammate Furnished Equipment (TFE), initial and replenishment spares, follow on modernization, and strategic long term contracting efforts with Northrop Grumman Teammate. The position is responsible for managing a cross functional team, normally composed of engineers, quality and procurement, that will ensure supplier cost, schedule, and technical performance supports program milestones and requirements. This position is responsible for and directs initiation of the business case for make or buy decisions through requests for proposals, subcontract management plans, negotiation strategy, cost accountability and program execution. executive reviews, supplier reviews, program reviews, contract closeout and all associated metrics. This position requires an individual to lead a team to execute highly complex subcontracts. Experience with TINA subcontracts and supplier management is necessary.
Must be a US Citizen. This position is located at a facility that requires special access. The selected candidate must be able to get a Secret Clearance after starting employment.

Basic Qualifications: -Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
-Program or project management experience
-Experience in DoD Procurement Life Cycle
-Experienced in Supply Chain Management (i.e. subcontract cost, quality, schedule and technical program performance)
-Experience with Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR) and Defense Federal Acquisition Regulations (DFAR), government regulations
