Job Summary
Manager of Marketing Science, data activation, and partnerships will be responsible for defining, developing and deploying the segmentation strategy. Responsible for hands-on management of the CX Suite (i.e. DMP, Email Studio, etc), best practices development and stewardship of the platforms? success within the organization. Supports the Precision Marketing team to source data to segment, activate, analyze and optimize audiences that will contribute to penetration growth for the Conagra portfolio of brands. Partner closely with data science, analytics, insights and IT as the subject matter expert in marketing data and martech.

Job Responsibilities
Hands-on management of the CX Suite (DMP, e-mail studio, etc); Build, segment and distribute audiences across digital channels and personalization platforms
Maintain day-to-day relationship with CX Suite partners for current and planned activations
Execute audience segmentation strategy using real-time and static 1st, 2nd and 3rd-party data
Create data sets and profiles that feed into (and export from) programmatic, email and personalization solutions
Manage campaign and audience reporting through the DMP and internal systems on segment availability and usage
Build test/learn plans and data stories to help inform marketing decisions
Partnership with insights and analytics teams to collect, synthesize and provide context for marketing exposure data for their functional analysis
Work with internal teams to optimize marketing initiatives to improve performance leveraging new and optimized audience strategies
Collaborate with analytics to incorporate CX Suite data in measurement capabilities
Manage available datasets, including technical requirements for collection and transfer
Collection of 1st party
Recommend 2nd party data partnerships
Manage 3rd party data contracts
Work with IT business partners to translate marketing strategy into tech needs ? existing integrations or new tools
Position Qualifications
5+ years of experience in data-driven marketing efforts
A proven record of translating marketing and/or media strategy into data needs
Experience with online advertising programs (programmatic, display, video, mobile, social)
Proven strong oral and written communication skills, especially the ability to explain difficult concepts and insights in simple, applicable business terms
Experience working with external partners, from negotiation through post-implementation services to ensure full value is achieved
DMP experience required (i.e. Krux/SFDMP, Adobe, Turn)
Familiar with online analytics software (Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics, etc.)
Advanced MS Excel skills
A bachelor?s degree is required
