2nd Shift - Security/Building Operations Dispatcher/Rover
Job Description Summary

Responsible for scheduling and dispatching building trade personnel in response to client/tenant work orders, vendor/contractor visits and requests, equipment and system problems and failures, building emergencies, and for conveyance of materials and shipments.

Monitor all alarm systems and advises appropriate internal staff or external agencies accordingly
Provide accurate logs for incoming and outgoing information
Conduct building tours
Relieve on-duty guard for breaks
Provide accurate communication in regard to special events occurring on property
Maintain work document files and data for the development of reports
Prepare incident reports
Communicate with all departments to ensure security awareness in the event of an emergency
High School Diploma or GED equivalent
Minimum of 1+ years of security or dispatch experience preferred
Proficiency using Microsoft Office Suite
Proven record of providing excellent internal and external customer service
Excellent interpersonal skills
Excellent oral and written communication skills
Ability to work with minimal supervision and independently
Physical Requirements
Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
