Raytheon Intelligence, Information and Services is looking for Talented Engineers to join our System Integration and Test (SEIT) on our Global Positioning System Advanced Control Segment (GPS OCX) program in Aurora, Colorado.

The Global Positioning System Advanced Control Segment (GPS OCX) Raytheon team is responsible for full life cycle engineering on state of the art environmental, commercial, & sensing systems for government & commercial applications. As a System Test Engineer on the GPS Program your responsibilities will be:
? Create test procedures step by step instructions within the automated test framework using Gherkin/Cucumber for java, Eggplant and python scripts.
? Peer Reviews of test scripts and test procedures against system level requirements and derived verification requirements to check for completeness and correctness
? Requirement decomposition into testable derived verification requirements
? Analysis of requirement verification plans to create test procedures in both automated and manual environment
? Create automated test orchestration scripts to integrate with continuous build systems such as Jenkins and Rational Quality Management (RQM)
? Create automated scripts for interface sequences, data seeding, initialization and shutdown to check for thread continuity
? Create automated Day-In-The-Life Testing within the automated test framework

Additional responsibilities include:
? Providing guidance and mentoring on tools and scripting such as Eggplant, Jenkins, RQM, Cucumber/Gherkin, DOORs and python
? Script and tool debugging to integrate testing on the platform
? Troubleshoot, issue investigation and root cause determination to address integration issue and create Deficiency Reports (DR) documenting root cause and corrective action
? Identify and document best practices and training aids
? Dry Run and formal execution of test procedure and script on system integration lab and customer locations

Clearance Requirement: Must be a US Citizens with an active Secret clearance

There is the potential for external candidates to receive a sign-on bonuses of up to $10,000 for hires with an active Secret clearance if hired on this requisition.

Required Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills:
? Minimum 2 years System or Sub-system Test Engineering experience
? Proficiency in Java and Python
? MUST have a current secret clearance
? Previous automation or scripting experience
? Ability to support engineering team members in the use of engineering tools
? Ability to multi-task, to support multiple customers, and to work within specific schedule and cost constraints

Desired Experience, Knowledge, and/or Skills (a plus but not required):
? Experience with Eggplant and Cucumber
? Continuous Integration expertise
? Software or Systems Engineering Integration expertise
? Safety Critical or CNS/ATM System or Software program experience
? Tool Qualification or Accreditation experience

Education Requirements:
Bachelor degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM).
