Description: Lockheed Martin is seeking to hire an Quality professional to support our Missiles and Fire Control campus in Camden, Arkansas. This exciting role will offer the opportunity to work with multiple hardware and launcher programs that support our military personnel.

Responsible for supporting all aspects of Quality and Mission Success as the Quality Assurance Associate Manager for Camden PAC 3 Sustainment Operations. Reporting to the PAC 3 Site Quality Manager, this role includes responsibility for defining and executing strategic plans for the PAC 3 Sustainment Quality department, Providing direction to PAC 3 sustainment functional quality personnel, act as quality liaison with local product management and cross functional team leaders; requires significant interface with customers including on-site DCMA. Knowledgeable and capable of developing and implementing quality systems in support of site Operations program execution while complying with AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Successful candidate must be able to drive business improvements into current programs and functional areas while ensuring that effective preventive and corrective strategies are defined and executed. Supports quality leadership team in implementing strategy and quality assessment processes resulting in timely delivery of compliant processes presented through the DD250 process.

The Locale: Camden is a city in southern Arkansas. Camden is located on the Ouachita River, at the end of the navigable river. Camden is about a two hour drive south from Little Rock, AR. Camden is part of the Timberlands region of Arkansas. Timber, Oil, Deer Hunting, Bass fishing... These are words commonly used when people talk about the Timberlands of Arkansas. It's a region with rich natural resources that was discovered by pioneers from the eastern United States in the early 1800s. The abundant natural resources of the Timberlands are still attracting people today. Communities within an hour or two from Camden include Texarkana, Hot Springs AR, and Shreveport, LA.
Desired Skills: Bachelor's degree in an Engineering / Technical Discipline.
Experience in quality, or quality engineering in an aerospace industry.
Working knowledge of SAP, experience in the quality module a plus.
Knowledge of calibration / metrology systems and familiarity with nondestructive testing processes.
Product experience / knowledge of Missiles and Fire Control PAC-3 programs.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelors degree. Strong understanding and working knowledge of ISO9000 / AS9100 Quality Management Systems.
Previous quality management experience with product life cycles including development through sales and delivery.
Demonstrated written and verbal communication skills with the ability to present to a variety of audiences.
Skills in root cause analysis and corrective action and auditing. Lean / Six Sigma trained and/or working knowledge.
Ability to obtain a secret security clearance and must be able to obtain an interim secret security clearance prior to start.
