POSITION SUMMARY:
Responsible to link NCE as an enabler to relevant business challenges across our organization. To help organizational leadership identify where and how Nestlé's Continuous Improvement methods and tools can be leveraged to drive growth, realize cost optimization and embed a lean mindset of removing non value add & waste, increasing efficiencies. This is across the Value chain activities from Farm to Fork or Business E2E flows.

This role reports to the Market NCE Head and links to the Corporate NCE organization (corporate or zone) for support / guidance.
The role manages the NUSA Lean Lead of the market to execute the methodology and to build organizational competence.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Partnering with Senior Leaders in Functions and Divisions
? This role will link to Divisional and Functional leadership. It will look identify areas where Continuous Improvement approach, cross-functional problem solving, or Lean diagnostics can be an enabler towards achieving the NUSA goals. They will help support from identification, diagnostics, problem solving through to application of practices, routines and capability building to bring top and bottom line impact.
? Seen as a business partner, they will bring an understanding to leadership on the 'Why', 'What' and 'How' management practices and structured problem solving can be applied to help achieve goals, or meet the business challenges
? They will formulate and lead the necessary Change Management in order to integrate sustainable new ways of working and thinking
Supporting Roles and Routines to maximize results
? They will support the Value Stream Managers (VSM) and other NCE roles inside the Functions or Divisions in applying NCE, including diagnostics, mindset, principles and tools.
? This role will help define the approach and methodology that helps the VSMs be successful in terms of integrating with leaders and supporting the needs of their organizations
? They will connect to above Market NCE Corp support to take best practice and replicate or adapt for NUSA
? They will lead the routines that track progress of the initiatives and the subsequent realization of results
Build and execute a strategic roadmap of NCE application
? They will develop a NUSA wide strategy aiding leadership and relevant application in line with NUSA targets
? Support the Market NCE lead in presenting and aligning this with the NCE Steer Com, as well as clearly tracking the results and successes
? They will formulate strategies and plans and progress to Senior Leaders of NUSA in regard to NCE enabling value chain and E2E improvements
Manage the Market Lean Lead to provide necessary guidance and build sustainable organizational competence
? Directly responsible for the effective establishment of the Lean Value Stream, Lean Office and Lean Design competence in line with the needs of NUSA and as appropriate to the roles in the organization
? Identify and prepare for Successful career succession planning as required at Market and with Functional / Divisional Roles

Track and publish success stories and accomplishments as part of a NUSA Change Management plan.
All other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

SUPERVISION GIVEN:
Direct supervision to market Lean Lead as positions are added and indirect supervision (functional) to the Value Stream Managers, E2E Process Managers and Project Managers.
 
FINANCIAL/STRATEGIC IMPACT:
Ability to influence the delivery of the NUSA OMP in the realm of Value chain improvements.
 
REQUIREMENTS AND MINIMUM EDUCATION LEVEL:
? Bachelor's Degree preferred 

EXPERIENCE:
? 5+ years of experience of relevant functional or divisional experience
? Led, or a strong exposure to, NCE methodology within the value chain or an E2E
? Strong general business understanding, including commercial and Financial
? Strong stakeholder management skills
? Project Management experience
? Experience in coaching large teams with success
? Cross functional and cross cultural experience preferred
? Experience in working with senior management.
