Job Description
May be responsible for one or more of the following:
? Participate in the creation, copyright and editing of content of marketing materials and presentations to include flyers, brochures, floor plans, email blasts, invitations, and website content using InDesign
? Manage marketing for exclusive listing assignments (i.e. ? signage requests, work orders, photography, etc.)
? Collaborate on the development, enhancement, and compilation of standard marketing packages, brochures, and presentations
? Sort, prepare, and deliver incoming/outgoing mail
? Assist with event planning, to include scheduling team meetings
? Assist with meeting scheduling on behalf of brokerage professionals
? Maintain confidential department records and office files in accordance with internal company procedures
? Proofread and correct spelling, grammatical, and layout errors
? Assist Research in the compiling and distribution of Market Overview materials by performing market studies to ascertain market rents, lease and sales comps, understand market changes and gather information to inform clients of changes that will affect their assets
? Coordinate the due diligence and marketing process for investment sales and leasing projects
? Assist with drafting lease and sale proposals and counter-proposals
? Collaborate on preparation of monthly reports for clients, including current status of deals, marketing efforts for vacancies, companies currently targeting, etc.
? Create commission vouchers for closed deals, work with corporate accounting office to initiate and process commission invoices for clients
? Track and maintain outstanding invoices and payments for closed deals
? Run commission and deal reports for team and/or clients
? Assist with PR (press release, etc.)
? Advanced administrative duties
? Coordinate travel and administer activities
? Manage and update client database in salesforce
? Answer and screen incoming telephone calls
? Coordinate travel and administer activities
? Code and submit vendor invoices to accounting
? Prepare expense reports
? Serve as mentor to other coordinators
? Perform special projects as required
MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
? Bachelor Degree
? 2+ year of experience in marketing or related field
? Or any similar combination of education and experience
? Intermediate knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
? Knowledge of Adobe InDesign or similar experience with other design programs
? Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite
? Experience creating and editing marketing materials
? Excellent verbal and written communication skills
? Superior organizational skills; sets priorities; meets deadlines; and carefully proofs own work
? Ability to work in a stressful, deadline oriented environment
? Upbeat, energetic, takes initiative, dependable, takes pride in work, and works well within a team
? Superior attendance and punctuality
? Must maintain professional appearance at all times
PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
? Involves work of a general office nature; typically includes extended periods of sitting and/or operation of a computer for up to 8 hours a day
? May involve periods of standing, such as operating at a copier/fax/scanner
? Regularly required to talk, hear, and use hands and fingers to write and type
? Ability to speak clearly so others can understand you
? Ability to read and understand information and ideas presented orally and in writing
? Ability to communicate information and ideas in writing and orally so others will understand
? Regularly required to utilize vision abilities, allowing reading of printed material, graphics, and computer displays
