Description: This position is part of the Maintenance Support Team for the F-35 Flight Test Program at Edwards AFB CA and will be responsible for maintaining aircraft and powerplant systems and subsystems.
1.Must have been previously awarded a 5 or 7 Skill level USAF AFSC, Navy NEC, or Marine MOS discipline rating or an equivalent Airframe and Power Plant, FAA instrumentation license. (Previous flight test experience highly desirable)
2.Must be previously qualified in one or multiple general aircraft subsystems such as Hydraulics, Fuel, Engine, Electrical, Weapons Loading, Environmental, Communication and Egress Systems.
3.Possess Intermediate and/or organizational maintenance experience on multiple aircraft system. (Preferred)
4.Working level of knowledge on Maintenance Information Systems such as Electronic Maintenance Instructions, Aircraft Forms Documentation, and Supply Chain Management.
5.Must be able to conduct On-the-Job training as required on multiple aircraft systems.
6.Must be able to read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints and instructions.
7.Must be knowledgeable of Tool Control, FOD, Supply, HAZMAT, Training, Quality, and Security programs.
8.Must be capable of performing/evaluating Maintenance Demonstrations and Joint Technical Data Validations.
9.Possess an ability to work in a diverse work culture environment.
10.Must have or be able to obtain a Secret Security Clearance.
Desired Skills: Previous experience in the field of aircraft and powerplant Systems and sub systems. Flightline experience.

Knowledge of Maintenance Information Systems uch as Electronic Maintenance Instructions, Aircraft Forms Documentation, and Supply Chain Management.
