Planning, staffing, and budget management for major program(s) within the Group or Corporate Organization. Line Program responsibility typically $10 to $25 million annual revenue. Oversees 50+ direct/indirect employees/contractors. Typically has direct profit/loss responsibility. Manages direct staff/resources to ensure adherence to schedules, budgets, and other program requirements. . For Indirect/Corporate employees at this level, responsible significant function (s) with significant impact supporting entire organization (Business Group- wide and/or Company-wide). Externally recognized mastery and expertise in a complex scientific field or other learned discipline.

This position will report to the Group CTO and be part of the technology office staff. You will apply software development skills, strong analytical and innovative thinking, AI/ML experience, quickly learn and turn new ideas into working solutions, drive proof of concepts and pilots to accelerate weatherboarding of new technologies and solutions. Have experience and knowledge of all the areas of analytics including but not limited to Integration, Predictive Analysis, Predictive Modeling, Business Intelligence and Visualization. Be a thought leader and practitioner of innovative ideas and solutions including but not limited to Big Data. You will be responsible for developing use-case driven and mission focused white papers and demos to support our customer needs. You will be the technical lead during customer interface and facilitate interactions and collaboration with Sales, Solution sand Operations teams. You will have the opportunity to lead and work with some of the newest technologies, trans formative projects, be a thought leader on AI/ML, and play a strong role in shaping the innovation agenda across the company. This role requires an individual with outstanding team leadership skills combined with innovation and business skills.

Qualifications:

Required:

· At least 5 years of hands-on experience working in data science and/or machine learning

· Minimum of 2 years of experience working in a large and complex big data environment

· Experience with data ingestion and processing techniques with outputs that are insightful and actionable, to include visualization, data lakes and data warehouses to develop strategies

· Strong fundamental knowledge of neural networks, probability theory, stochastic systems, Bayesian inference,predictive modeling, supervised/unsupervised/deep learning

· Proficiency in C/C++, Java, JavaScript, Python,R, SAS, MatLab, SPSS

· Hands-on experience with virtualization and cloud technologies


Preferred:


· PhD plus 5 years in Computer Science, Statistics,Information Systems, Data Science or engineering
