TheChange Management Coach position is a pivotal role within our organization thatacts as an internal coach, trainer, industry expert, ambassador and role modelon the team.
Thisrole will be responsible for supporting the training and coaching of ChangeManagement for the US business in support of building our internal sustainedcapability.
Support and enable developmentof Change Management capability by providing a challenging and stretchinglearning experience to promote the behaviors and actions for a sustainablecontinuous improvement environment:
·Programdelivery – delivery of core Change Management development
·Coaching –provide coaching to support the development of Change Management capability andmentor on the use of PM tools
·Support globalLean programs for National Grid creating a culture of problem solving and rootcause analysis to deliver sustainable business improvement results for theorganization.
·Proactivelyidentify, monitor & manage program opportunities/issues/risks.
·Work to build,facilitate and support any Communities of Interest or Practice associated withthose programs or capabilities.
·Coachingcapability support - increasing & enhancing internal coaching capability.
·Work withthe broader Change Management & Capability team to provide input to thedesign of development sessionsto bringan accessible, cost effective, innovative and engaging delivery lens.
·Train theTrainer - Facilitate the development of employees to cascade developmenttraining sessions.
·QualityManagement System adherence - using evaluation and observation data, work withthe Training team, external vendors and associates to continually improve thedesign and delivery approaches we use.
·LearningEnvironment – work with the US CM Training Coordinator to ensure theavailability and suitability of delivery venue, materials and resources.
·Manage thesafety and wellbeing of all participants attending development training &coaching sessions
·Undertakeany assessment and verification that may be required of specific developmenttraining sessions.
·Build andmaintain a strong external network to ensure ongoing benchmarking and theability to bring innovative and progressive learning delivery techniques intothe organization.


Knowledge& Experience Requirements:
·Changemanagement certification, coaching, facilitation accreditations.
·Significantdelivery experience and strong facilitation skills in virtual and liveenvironments to support the development of continuous improvement capability.
·Able totranslate strategy, challenges and emerging priorities for learners.
·Credibilityand gravitas – able to facilitate groups of leaders more senior thanthemselves.
·Flexible andadaptable individual who can build rapport easily and flex their style to suitdifferent audiences and styles.
·Emotionalintelligence and self-awareness (especially of own impact) and the ability toread the room and respond to reactions in others.
·Qualifiedcoach (preferred).
·Strong focuson own development and passionate about that of others.
·Recognizedexpertise in field; understanding of industry best practices.
·Knowledge oflearning methods and understanding of best practices and accelerated learningtechniques.
·Ability tosuccessfully prioritize and handle multiple tasks.
·Strongdecision making and time management skills.
·Excellentwritten and oral communication skills.
·Bachelor’sdegree preferably in, business discipline with considerable knowledge andproven experience in professional business setting.
