Clearance: Active TS/SCI with favorable FSP required.
Administers many phases of education and training in the organization. Confers with management to gain knowledge of identified work situation requiring preventive or remedial training for employees. Utilizes knowledge of specified training needs and effectiveness of such training methods as individual coaching, group instruction, lectures, demonstrations, conferences, meetings, and workshops. Reviews, implements, and tracks (as applicable) training needs covering specified areas, such as those concerned with new employees’ required onboarding training, client required training, refresher training, and career development training.
Additional responsibilities include the coordination of ManTech's Operational Readiness Training Program.
