Become an integral part of a diverse team in the Mission, Cyber and Intelligence Solutions (MCIS) Group. Currently, ManTech is seeking a motivated, mission oriented Executive Assistant, in the Chantilly, VA area, with strong Customer relationships. At ManTech, you will help protect our national security while working on innovative projects that offer opportunities for advancement.

The IOS Division provides mission solutions to a wide range of Defense and Intelligence Community customers. This division consists of a team of technical leaders that deliver advanced technical solutions to government organizations. Our customers have high standards, are technically adept, and use our products daily to support their mission of protecting national security. Our contributions to our customer?s success is driving our growth.

Primary duties and responsibilities:

?Provide on-site administrative support and coordination to Director of Customer Support Organization (CSO) and Deputy Director of CSO.
?Support special programs working between industry and government in areas of interest.
?Coordinate closely with the Government sponsor on meeting requirements (facility, speakers, and logistics).
?Oversees the administrative and clerical functions of assigned projects and tasks.
?May collect time sheets and other personnel records or paperwork for corporate and government processing.

May perform back-up scheduling roles:

?Develop and present recommended solutions for scheduling challenges to the customer (requiring understanding of who is asking for changes and why).
?Coordinating graphics on design them for (bio books, mementos, posters, signs, name badges, etc.).
?Coordinate the scheduling of high level government officials to speak at the conference.
?Coordinate with security and other facility personnel for number of attendees, clearance level of speakers and meeting, and any special requirements.
?Coordinate the planning for an on-line registration website for conferences.
?Coordinate, manage, and organize speakers, exhibits, and catering.
?Coordinate clearances of all attendees with security.

Performs other duties as assigned, such as Human Resources, Facilities, and Security functions

Security Clearance Requirement:

Active/current TS/SCI with CI Polygraph is required.
