Description: We are seeking a Senior Financial Analyst who will be responsible for the tracking and reporting of a major cost-plus contract worth $1B+ on the Fleet Ballistic Missile program. Duties will include, but are not limited to:

Prepare and submit Integrated Program Management Report (IPMR), contract funds status reports (CFSR) and other critical financial deliverables to the Navy Customer.

Maintain the contract budget baseline log (PMB, UB, MR, etc).

Review contract modifications for accuracy, communicate and follow through with Contracts, and ensure changes are incorporated into the 1014 and corresponding budget correctly.

Track expenditures and commitments against funding obligations.

Assist Lead in tracking performance based payment (PBP) milestones and schedules on fixed priced incentive (FPI) contracts.

Provide data to support audits and other special projects.

*Ability to obtain Secret Clearance required for this role.

Desired Skills: Experience on DoD contract.

- Proactive, able to develop strategic process improvement for assigned team.
Basic Qualifications: Bachelor?s degree from an accredited college in a related discipline (business, finance, etc), or equivalent experience/combined education.

- Candidate should have advanced Microsoft Office proficiency, especially Excel, COBRA (or a similar budgeting system), and SAP.

- Previous experience with detailed analysis of data exhibiting high analytical ability and degree of accuracy with numerical data.

- Ability to obtain and maintain Secret Clearance
