Description: Financial analyst within the Aeronautics Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) team responsible for financial analysis and reporting support to multiple internal and external stakeholders. Individual is the primary Aeronautics point of contact for the creation, submission and support of Aeronautics various financial supplemental schedules including disaggregated revenue, variance analysis, booking rate, losses, and balance sheet reserves, and others. Responsible for reviewing, approving, and setting up new groundrule requests from each Line of Business, maintaining the FP&A Hyperion database, and providing weekly support to Accounting for revenue recognition assignments. Individual is also the back-up to the Sales and Earnings Lead and provides analysis and support of monthly actuals, outlooks, and the long range plan. This position requires significant experience working with complex data and tight deadlines. Advanced analysis skills and outstanding attention-to-detail are critical to this position as this individual is responsible for data pulls and chart preparation that are briefed to the highest levels of leadership at Lockheed Martin. This is a high-visibility position with tight deadlines and non-standard work hours are often required to meet commitments. Candidate must be comfortable with multi-tasking and prioritizing tasks under pressure. The position reports directly to the Manager of Aero FP&A.

Desired Skills: Financial analyst experience within an Aero line of business.
Ability to work non-standard hours as business needs require (evenings/weekends/holidays) during quarter and year-end closings.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
Demonstrated "can-do" attitude and adaptability to a dynamic environment.
Demonstrated ability to effectively present to senior management.
Demonstrated ability to proactively address issues/problems and effectively partner with others to reach closure in a timely fashion.
Experience in Microsoft Office Suite Products, with an emphasis on Excel and Power Point.
Basic Qualifications: Knowledge of at least one cost segregation system- SAP, Hyperion, CAS (Cost Accounting Standards), or interpreting Federal Acquisition Regulations (FAR)
