EPS Mission Support Services Division is seeking applicants to fill a Senior Logistics Analyst position, located in Panama City Beach, Florida. The Senior-Level Logistics Analyst will be responsible for providing analytical and documentation support to the U.S. Navy with emphasis on logistics disciplines and database management. The position includes working with one or more element of acquisition Product Support Management (PSM) to included but not limited to facilities, maintenance planning, technical data, supply support, or logistics tracking systems. In addition, the Senior-Level Logistics Analyst will provide configuration management, acquisition logistics planning documentation, training documentation, and performance specifications support, as well as, participate in Independent Logistics Assessments (ILA). This position also involves collecting and analyzing logistics data, creating and maintaining databases of In-Service Engineering data, preparing logistics data and materials to support briefings, generating reports, and associated documentation for U.S. Navy programs. This position may require travel CONUS and OCONUS in support of enginnering activities. Frequency of Travel will vary by contract support requirements.

? Work with of one or more elements of acquisition logistic support, such as facilities, maintenance planning, technical data, or supply support.
? Provide configuration management, acquisition logistics planning documentation, training documentation, and performance specifications support and participating in independent logistics assessments.
? Work with a variety of databases in order to maintain and track inventory, spares, and material maintenance repair actions through Navy systems such as Access databases, FRACAS, and CMPro.
? Organize and write required technical documents and standard operating procedures using word processing software.
? Consult with technical team leads and subject matter experts to ensure a common understanding of documentation and related materials to be produced.
? Develop tracking systems, maintain records, file documents, and archive information
? Bachelor?s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or Business Management desired, five plus years? experience in the Navy/DoD logistics field.
? Emphasis on acquisition and life cycle management of naval systems is preferable (Logistics Level II or Level III).
? Logistics documentation and database management (Access databases, FRACAS, and CMPro) experience.
? Experience and proficiency with spreadsheets, database management, and graphic production software is highly desirable

? Eligible to obtain and maintain a Secret security clearance
? Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, PowerPoint, and Excel)
? Demonstrated database knowledge and usage
? Excellent oral and written communication skills
? Exceptional interpersonal skills and be able to interface effectively with all customers
? Able to adhere to strict guidelines affecting the format and content of documents
? Familiar with Navy/DoD logistics processes and policies
? Able to successfully complete multiple projects on time
? Able to conduct research affecting writing assignments and adjudicate document comments
? Accurate attention to details
? Excellent organizational skills
? Requires minimal supervision
Able to assess and solve problems independently
