The Alliances Director - Technology is responsible for developing, implementing and achieving the annual Technology business alliances targets.

The Alliances Director - Technology

will

work closely with members of the Technology Business leadership team in the development of

strategic growth plans for the expansion of the Technology portfolio

The Alliances Director - Technology will develop and maintain close alignment with PSL leadership and with sales coordination for appropriate alignment of activities.

The Alliances Director - Technology ensures compliance at all times with KBR code of business conduct.

Qualifications:

B.S. in a technical discipline, MBA preferred.

Proven performer with experience in consulting or other technology arena. Proven leadership experience ? strong ability to influence people by building trust and credibility. 10

years industry experience. Demonstrated self starter and posessing strong organizational skills.

10

years experience in product marketing, business development and/or alliances and acquisitions management in the hydrocarbon processing industries.

Demonstrate knowledge of the hydrocarbon processing industry.

Experience in sales management or direct personnel management preferred.

Experience in ProcessTechnology or related technical offerings where purchase decision are made at senior management levels. Strong analytical skills along with strong communications skills.
