About the Position:
Provide department analysis and coordination for the various field and office based activities associated with the delivery and execution of the Transmission Line Inspection and Maintenance annual work plans. Ensure adherence to overall strategies as defined by the respective Asset Management groups. Ensure compliance with all company policies, Operating Procedures and Regulatory (PSC - New York & DPU - New England) expectations with regard to the safety and reliability of the company's transmission electric assets.
Key Accountabilities:

·Monitorand track progress against defined annual work plans for the NY/NE TransmissionInspection and Maintenance department.
·Reviewinspection and maintenance data and work with department Manager to evaluateand recommend changes to improve operations.
·Providehigh level analytical and technical support to the Manager.
·Maintainand administer department shared drives and share point sites and distributedata to internal partners.
·Promoteand implement standardized reporting of inspection and maintenance activityresults.
·Monitorcontractor resources and work locations for tracking purposes and emergencystorm support.
·Consolidatevarious inspection results and reconcile with appropriate work order trackingsystems.
·Provideongoing financial support including:
oInvoicetracking and processing
oProcessfinancial accruals and maintain annual department projections
oCalculatevalue (Earned Value Analysis) based on contractor operations
oLiaisewith corporate finance to track monthly expenditures and develop long termforecasts
oEstablishand maintain contractor purchase orders
·Develop,track and monitor various departmental reports including:
oDepartmentPEX HUB
oProgramprogress tracking and performance reports (KPI’s)
oFleet& Fuel monitoring
oRegulatoryinquiries and rate case filing support
oPost faultaerial patrol and causal tracking
o Repository data validation and data analysis

Knowledge and Experience Required:

·Bachelor’sDegree in Business Administration with a minimum of three years practicalexperience; or equivalent qualifying experience.
·Demonstratedproficiency utilizing various company processes and systems including, SAP, Storms,ComputaPole, FTP, and SharePoint
·Advancedexpertise in Microsoft Office, MS Excel, and Power Plant is a plus
·Proficientin reporting software and systems with recent SAP experience a plus
·Exceptionalanalytical skills, sound judgment and demonstrated decision making skills.
·Stronginterpersonal skills, both oral and written
·Must beable to adjust to changing priorities and respond to requests in a timelyfashion.
·Must beself-motivated and be able to work independently.
·Field operationsexperience desirable.
Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record.
