GWFS, located in McLean, VA is looking for highly motivated team members dedicated to influencing change and delivering outstanding client service.  

The Recruiter will work closely with specific programs recruiting CONUS and OCONUS personnel for federal government and commercial contracts. The recruiter will coordinate recruitment and selection processes that are legally compliant and cost effective while meeting established goals.

? Source candidates by searching internal and external sources for qualified personnel
? Review resumes and credentials for appropriateness of skills, experience and knowledge in relation to the position requirements
? Coordinate background investigations and conduct reference checks; perform assessments and recommendations
? Determines applicant qualifications by interviewing applicants; analyzing responses; verifying references; comparing qualifications to job requirements
? Initiate and maintain a network of external and internal contacts to help identify and source qualified personnel targeted for employment
? Manage and coordinate all communication with the candidates during the recruitment process. Schedule and provide logistics for all interviews between candidates and hiring managers
? Additional duties and responsibilities may be assigned per the needs of the customer/client
 

Requirements:

? Consistently demonstrate the ability to find, search, and place qualified candidates that meet our needs
? Must be results-oriented; customer-service focused and possess strong organizational and communication (verbal and written) skills
? Requires the ability to actively provide recruiting support to multi-site operations and be capable of effectively building positive work partnerships with geographically dispersed staff members of multiple levels
? Proficiency in MS Office applications and experience with applicant tracking systems (TALEO, ICIMS, etc.)
? Must have solid documentation and writing skills
? Be energetic and enthusiastic with a can-do attitude
? Excellent organizational skills with solid documentation skills
? 2-5 years recruiting experience with government contracting or within the Protective Services Community
? Experience recruiting cleared OCONUS professionals is preferred
? Bachelor's Degree Preferred
? Proven track record of working in a fast-paced, complex, and deadline-oriented environment
