Raytheon is supporting a U.S. Government customer on a large mission critical development and sustainment program to design, build, deliver, and operate a network operations environment; including introducing new cyber capabilities to address emerging threats. In support of the customer’s strategic direction, Raytheon is looking for individuals who can support the protection of the customer environment.
This position is to provide general and specialized administrative support to the program management office; including coordinating all program staffing and direct support to the leadership team. Inputs data into various company systems. Generates charts, tables, memoranda, reports, correspondence and other materials with speed and accuracy. May be responsible for government and company property tracking and control. May interface with internal and/or external customers. Coordinates life-cycle staffing including, scheduling candidate interviews, tracking candidate review and selection through the program automated staffing tool, acting as the staffing tool administrator, coordinating with teammates, assisting security clearance processing, and on-boarding for all new employees reporting to customer and Raytheon work location(s).
Other administrative duties will also be performed to include: scheduling and coordinating meetings, calendars, and events; gathering, inputting, and retrieving electronic data; maintaining files and folders; researching and analyzing information and data to prepare reports, presentations, administrative papers; preparing routine correspondence in accordance with customer standards; preparing and distributing meeting materials; maintaining office supplies.
Required skills include the following:
·High School diploma is required
·Experience or training in one or more elements of the MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project)
·Experience using and updating electronic calendars
·Attention to detail, have the ability to work independently and adapt to changes in priorities in a fast-paced environment
·Able to work collaboratively across organizations
·Experience organizing meetings and events through personal contact and electronic communications
·Proven ability to analyze problems and propose reasonable solutions
·Good verbal and written communication skills
·Gather information from various sources, both electronic and written to support the development of briefing materials and other projects
·Good electronic research skills using search tools, databases and similar source to support various customer programs and projects
Desired skills include:
·Experience supporting DHS, Federal Civil, Intelligence and/or DoD Customers
·Ability to assist others in solving problems and work with them to implement the solution
·Basic skills or experience using trouble ticket systems
·Experience facilitating new employee orientation highly desired
·DoD 8570 IAT Level 1 certification desired
·Eight (8) or more years of applicable experience required. A Bachelor’s degree may substitute for four (4) years of experience.
